Manage and develop team, annual appraisal, training plans, bonus objectives, people review preparation, competencies evaluation and development plan. Managing the relationship with suppliers
Globalize requirements from SE, understand supplier strategy and communicate it internally, detect gaps, manage consistency. Negotiate with supplier on behalf of all SE entities including supplier performance and productivity objectives. Organize regular business reviews with supplier. Accountable for supplier performance (ESSR, DPMe) and productivity, global result of supplier improvement initiatives on Productivity, Quality, on-time delivery. Accountable for supplier business development and leveraging supplier innovation. Follow up supplier load level (capacity) and investment plans& monitor the risk associated with respective supplier relationship. Act as Key facilitator between SE and Supplier. Drive continuous action plan to challenge Operational buyers to keep their supplier data up to date in the Supplier Repository (SSRM)
Define the commodity strategy: identify business needs& market evolution prioritize cross functional levers for quality, innovation, performance and sustainable growth; define action plans and obtain validation by cross functional governance. Define/manage the Supplier Orientation Chart and the list of K&C Suppliers. Defines Commodity dashboard and track performance is accountable for consolidated performance of the commodity (quality, innovation, total cost of ownership, performance measured in P&L impact). Communicate and deploy the strategy, lead execution of the major action plans within perimeter in coordination with operational buyers (negotiation, NEC sourcing, standardization, QVE, spend control, innovation with suppliers, supplier development). Animate supplier leaders in zone. Directly manage main K&C suppliers, lead negotiation with them. Plan global business reviews and delegate the execution. Support other buyers in their negotiations and supplier management actions. Manage dotted line the commodity cross functional team in partnership with the Business Owner and an extended network through the company. Share Strategy, Supplier base and best practices with Regional Commodity Manager. Capitalize cross functional expertise and manage tools (should cost model, selection guide), data (standardization short list), policies (make or buy, design or buy) by leveraging the cross functional team.
Transport logistics. Control: over the delivery process at the company's warehouse (the warehouse of the customer); over the implementation of INCOTERMS conditions supplier (company). FEA. Control over the preparation of the necessary documents for transfer to foreign trade department.
Warehouse Logistics. The organization and management of warehouse inventory control. Control over the level of inventories. (Safety stock, ROP, Kanban). Unscheduled and annual inventories. Determination and implementation slowmoving stocks.
